Our (not-so) humble shepherd’s huts ooze pastoral charm with tantalising glamping upgrades – old world nostalgia meets modern luxury. They’re found in some of the most beautiful spots in the Welsh countryside from the Prembrokeshire coast to the Brecon Beacons. Hidden away in your romantic retreat in the wilderness, you won’t be required to herd any sheep, but you’ll probably spot a few grazing outside. Embrace the simple life as you light the campfire, break open a deck of cards and listen to the sound of silence.
We’ve personally inspected every one of our huts to make sure they’re a shepherd’s delight. We soak in the hot tub, stroll to the local pub, munch the Welsh cakes and stargaze on the deck – all to make sure you’ll have the perfect glamping break. Our guest experience team (made up of real, nature-loving humans) is always on hand to advise and inspire you on your wild adventures.
There are things you’d pay for if you could, but nature offers them up free of charge, as long as you’re there to look for them. To make sure you are, we’ve rounded up part two of our best budget glamping spaces, so you can go in search of some of the best things.
North Wales is best described as epic. From the rugged peaks and glacial valleys of Snowdonia National Park, to the countless secluded sandy bays and lively coastal towns, it’s a stunning and varied landscape.
